Ford is the global leader in automotive manufacturing. For over 100 years the brand is revolutionizing mobility, pioneering convenient solutions for the customers’ transportation needs.

Ford Mylsa is a certified distributor of leading automotive manufacturer, located in the state of Querétaro, Mexico. They set out to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients looking to purchase a new vehicle, as well as a full-range repair and maintaining services for all Ford vehicles and other brands.


The goal

The challenge

Ford Mylsa main challenge was to define their core target audience in the operated location. We developed a strategy to run case studies and perform various theses testing in order to find active target audience and generate better quality leads.

How we help them

The solution

We started off with the case study to map out the interests and behaviors of potential target audience groups; leading us to generate and run A/B testing, based on users’ interests and behaviors in specific locations.

Upon completing the case study, we had a defined list of characteristics of the core audience and moved on to fine-tuning the delivery and creatives for different Ford models, to optimize the performance of our multi-step funnel strategy campaigns and deliver quality results at an optimum cost.

    Specific models appeal to definitive lifestyles, and those tendencies prevail over age or gender differences.

    Catchy, time bound marketing claims do not trigger users to take action, instead they seek an informative and amiable content, which encourages them to start the conversation with the brand.

    Customers’ shopping behavior is non-linear and cannot be described as straight forward path from A to B, but rather is complex set of steps that vary based on the audience characteristics. This discovery helped us create a multi-step lead generation funnel that reaches the right users exactly when they need it.
